I am not applying to the courts for relief as the toll on my health and the risk of loss of consortium would be too high a cost. This would be different if it was not so apparent that I am standing alone.

Email exchange between Property Manager, Councilmen, and another owner accusing owner of being impossible to satisfy. (in response to unmet requirements to disclose Strata Records)

Councilman’s declaration that he has the right to take action against owner, calling owner vile and despicable. (in response to court judgments on Strata Council Member Liability and Unfair Expense Allocation)
